If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another client. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in charge and cancellation of your appointment after 10 minutes of the appointment due time and date. No refunds will be issued in such cases. IF YOU WISH TO RE-BOOK THE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PROVIDING AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE A 50% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE PAYABLE. PLEASE NOTE PRE-PAID TREATMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Ultrasound Cavitation Lipo Treatments: Please ensure you drink at least 2 liters of water prior to your treatments. Please ensure you do NOT consume alcohol for 24 hours before or 72 hours after your appointment. Avoid high carbs, high fat and high sugar foods.
Once you have confirmed your booking online we will usually call you back within 24 hours to confirm your booking and where appropriate obtain payment.
